Commercial real estate professionals had a chance to see the newest products offered by several premier lending institutions at the 1st Annual LENDERPALOOZA event held at the RCA Auditorium on June 21, 2013. Representatives from PNC Bank, Wells Fargo, TD Bank, Total Bank, Seacoast National Bank, Capital Source, and Ready Cap Commercial showcased their services to nearly 100 participants. Non-lender sponsors included The Fitzgerald Group, Brown & Brown Insurance, Aruba Services and SGF Environmental Consultants. The event, hosted by The Loan Committee and the RCA, and moderated by The Loan Committee’s Program Director Adam Von Romer, provided a robust networking opportunity that gave guests and members a chance to exchange information.
