Core Responsibilities
Deploy full range of marketing research tools/techniques to develop a deep understanding of local market (Dade and Broward County, FL)
Responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing strategies
Responsible for the development of business proposals and bids
Assist in the oral presentation of business proposals and bids as required
Keep the manager aware of status of accounts
Provide accurate and timely reports for project tracking and reporting
Provide exceptional product knowledge and outstanding customer service to develop lifetime customers in a local market
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree required in business, marketing, or comparable discipline.
3+ years of progressive marketing experience
5+years of Development experience
Experience obtaining/translating contracts and financial reporting
Basic computer skills, including internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database applications
Industry knowledge and the ability to seek knowledge if new to the industry.
Proven, successful sales track record
Ability to demonstrate poise, initiative, tact and diplomacy
A high level of urgency, professionalism and integrity
Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Miami Beach Private Equity Firm is looking for an Investment Officer (Investment Banker) with a strong Real Estate background in the High end luxury market.
The successful candidate will have a STRONG sales personality, and report to the CEO. Other skill-sets include:
Candidate must be able to sell projects not just look to buy them.
Must have some investment banking experience in raising capital
Firm has a project in FIJI that they need to sell or finish. Having some international experience is a bonus.
Some hotel experience is a plus as well.
Compensation is very negotiable but looking for someone who is familiar with performance based models. Probably around 120K base plus 10% of profits.
Candidate must live in Miami or be able to be in the Miami office almost on a daily basis. (NO Virtual position)
