Forman Capital, a direct lender for commercial real estate throughout the U.S., announced today that CORY RING has joined the company as an Associate and RICK GROW as Senior Financial Analyst.
Prior to joining Forman Capital, Mr. Ring worked for KPMG in its Economic and Valuation Services Group. During his time with KPMG he prepared and assisted in valuation and consulting studies involving various commercial real estate property types including multifamily, hotels, office, industrial, retail, residential developments, mixed-use, and undeveloped land. Previously, he was a commercial real estate sales associate with Marcus & Millichap and an acquisitions analyst for Global Tower Partners, the largest privately owned telecommunications tower operator in the U.S. Mr. Ring graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Economics.
Rick Grow previously served as a managing partner at Armata Holdings where he focused on the acquisition and management of Class A commercial properties throughout Florida. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banking associate at Alternative Investment Resource in Chicago working in the firm’s real estate capital markets practice. Mr. Grow earned a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment, with distinction, from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University. He is an Executive Committee member of the Hanley Center Foundation’s Mangrove Group and active in the NYU Alumni Club in South Florida.
